Elasto Proxy Wins Centraide Awards
Last week, Elasto Proxy won three awards from Centraide Laurentides, a non-profit organization that supports a network of community assistance groups throughout the Laurentians, the region north of Montréal that Elasto Proxy calls home. Other award winners include City of Ville de Saint-Eustache and Bombardier, a global leader in aerospace and mass transit systems.
Elasto Proxy received awards for both rate of participation and year-over-year increase. In 2012, 86% of the Boisbriand, Quebéc company’s employees contributed to Centraide Laurentides via Direct Deposit paycheck deductions. Total employee donations increased by 36% from 2011 to 2012. Elasto Proxy also matches employee donations by a generous 250%.
In recognition of Elasto Proxy’s contributions, Centraide Laurentides also presented the family-owned business with its Grand Prize of Excellence. Throughout 2012, Elasto Proxy supported Centraide’s efforts and also encouraged other employers to participate. Megan Beaulieu, Elasto Proxy’s Executive Support Specialist, accepted all three awards on behalf of the Elastomer Valley company.
